Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your class within 8 hours of your scheduled class time, the class will be deducted from your account.

No Show Policy: If you miss a class without cancelling a class will be deducted from your account.

    Christine Beaudoin

    Personal Trainer

    My name is Christine Beaudoin. I’m a personal trainer, coach, teacher and co-founder of No Limits Bootcamp. I am very energetic, inspired and highly motivated. I had always been passionate about training myself, when I played competitive sports such as volleyball and beach volleyball. I also enjoy running, having completed my first half marathon in October. Fitness has always been a part of my lifestyle therefore, I really enjoy helping others through group fitness.

    I love how kind and passionate our community is because there are no limits on what you can achieve when you're truly dedicated. My goal is to help others get healthy and fit through education and motivation.

    My Name is Jonel, i'm a dedicated personal trainer with a passion for transforming lives through fitness. With 6 years of professional experience and 15 years of athletic training under my belt, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every session.

    Sports, especially soccer, have always been a significant part of my life, fueling my love for fitness and athleticism. I find great joy in helping individuals of all ages embark on their fitness journey, from energetic 6-year-olds to spirited seniors aged 75 and beyond. As a certified personal trainer and a graduate in health sciences, I possess a solid educational foundation to support my practical experience.

    I firmly believe in the power of fitness to positively impact lives, which is why I am dedicated to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. My approach is rooted in creating a supportive and enjoyable environment, where clients can push their limits, gain confidence, and have fun along the way.   • Kyle Montgomery

    My passion for coaching started back in high school when I had the opportunity to help coach the school's track & field team. After high school, I continued my education and athletic career at Canadore College, in North bay where I studied strength and sports conditioning, while also competing for the schools powerlifting & olympic weightlifting teams. While in college, I was presented with the opportunity to start coaching both sports as well as competing in them. Since then, I've gained over 12 years worth of experience as a canfit certified personal trainer, specializing in many different styles of training, such as powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, kettlebell training, steel mace training, boxing, kickboxing and exercise therapy. I love to increase the mental and physical fitness of my clients by training functional movement patterns and implementing strength and conditioning, all in the focus of improving the quality of life of my clients. I provide high quality bootcamp and personal training services for all fitness levels.

    From being 50 Lbs overweight to winning two 3rd place medals in bikini division at INBA Canada fitness competition, I have been there and done that! 

    As an office manager for most of my professional career, I lived quite a sedentary lifestyle.  In 2008/2009, I went through a complete lifestyle change that included losing 50 Lbs through eating clean and exercising.  Since then, my outlook on life has completely changed.  I began helping those around me achieve their personal fitness goals and acted as a leader for them to follow in the footsteps that I proudly laid-out for them.
