Youth Athletic Program

Our program teaches young athletes how to develop, strengthen, maintain their bodies while making the exercises fun and engaging!

No Limits Bootcamp introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of movement, coordination, mobility, strength and conditioning.

In SPEED we focus on

  • Acceleration / Track Mechanics 

  • Footwork (Tight Feet in Tight Spaces)

  • Change of Direction / Loading Patterns

  • Agility / Reaction

In POWER we work on

  • Jumping, Hopping & Bouncing

  • Landing -> Absorbing forces / Deceleration 

  • Throwing -> MedBall Rotational Work

In STRENGTH we teach

  • Callisthenics (Body Weight) progressing from holds to controlled movements to circuit training 

  • Move Your Spine -> Core 

  • We Break Strength into Upper & Lower Push & Pull Movements

    • Lower Push (Squat, Single Leg Squat)

    • Lower Pull (Hinge, Single Leg Glute Bridge)

    • Upper Push (Push Ups, Handstand)

    • Upper Pull (Horizontal Row, Hanging)
