No Limits Bootcamp introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of movement, coordination, mobility, strength and conditioning.
In SPEED we focus on

Footwork (Tight Feet in Tight Spaces)
Change of Direction / Loading Patterns
Agility / Reaction
In POWER we work on
Jumping, Hopping & Bouncing
Landing -> Absorbing forces / Deceleration
Throwing -> MedBall Rotational Work
In STRENGTH we teach
Callisthenics (Body Weight) progressing from holds to controlled movements to circuit training
Move Your Spine -> Core
We Break Strength into Upper & Lower Push & Pull Movements
Lower Push (Squat, Single Leg Squat)
Lower Pull (Hinge, Single Leg Glute Bridge)
Upper Push (Push Ups, Handstand)
Upper Pull (Horizontal Row, Hanging)
