MetCon
Our signature METCON (Metabolic conditioning) is a high intensity interval training class that allows you to improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance exercises. This class also boosts your metabolism and includes core work as well.
Strength lower body
This class incorporates key staple leg exercises such as squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts, lunges and more! We work with barbells, dumbbells & kettlebells, making sure proper form is maintained throughout the entire movement. With a lower body strength class, get ready to have your legs & your glutes targeted.
Strength upper body
This class incorporates key staple upper body exercises such as push ups, rows, presses, and so much more! We work with barbells, dumbbells & kettlebells, making sure proper form is maintained throughout the entire movement. With an upper body strength class, get ready to have your arms, back and core fired up!
Mobility
Our mobility class offers deep stretches and movements allowing you to reach a deeper range of motion. When you think of mobility, we want you to think of flexibility and stability in your major joints. We work on your ankles, hips, spine, shoulders and much more!
Full Body Strength
The focus is on building a solid foundation of strength and explosive power. Each session is divided into three blocks: the first block aims to develop strength and enhance explosive movements, the second block targets muscle growth through hypertrophy, and the third block incorporates cardio and plyometric exercises to increase cardiovascular capacity.
Core and Cardio
This class focuses on building a strong core while getting your heart rate up! Expect a mix of core-strengthening exercises like planks, Russian twists, and leg raises, paired with cardio bursts such as mountain climbers and jump squats. It’s the perfect blend of strength and endurance to help you feel stronger, fitter, and more energized.
Hyrox
The workouts include a mix of cardio and strength, such as sled pushes, burpee broad jumps, and sandbag walking lunges, to name a few. While it's often compared to CrossFit, HYROX is typically less technical, focusing on functional exercises that require less skill but plenty of cardiovascular and muscular endurance.

Short on time? Our Express Classes pack the same intensity and effectiveness into a shorter 45-minute format. Whether it’s Full Body Strength Express or MetCon Express, these sessions are designed to deliver a powerful workout that fits your busy schedule. Expect focused, high-energy training to help you achieve your goals quickly and efficiently!
Kettlebells
Get ready to elevate your kettlebell game in this exciting class! Start with single-arm basics to build a strong foundation, then dive into swings to boost power and endurance.
With a circuit format targeting all major muscle groups, you’ll stay engaged while progressing to advanced movements that enhance strength and stability. Finish strong with a descending ladder workout, reducing reps while maximizing intensity. Leave feeling accomplished and energized!
