Meal plans

Meet the meal plan that doesn’t feel like a meal plan. Throughout the phases of your training we provide a wide variety of options for meals and snacks. After each phase, we’ll check in and see how you enjoyed the last round and adjust accordingly. In an average starting phase meal plan you’ll get options based off of your food preferences and goals. Always flavourful, never boring, and plenty of variety to keep things interesting.

We offer two different options of meal plans :

1st option : Included in each meal plan are 2 breakfast, 2 lunch, and 2 dinner options + 3-4 snack options split into 2-3/day. This option is 79.99$ plus tax.

2nd option : Included in each meal plan are 3 breakfast, 3 lunch, and 4 dinner options + 4-6 snack options split into 2-3/day. This option is 119.99$ plus tax.
