Workout Plans
We used an app called CoachRx By OPEX Fitness, which acts as our connection to you for your workouts. Some of the features include:
Video and written explanations: Each exercise on your program will have a video directly attached so you’ll know exactly how to complete it.
Workout tracking: Keep track of all the weights used for each workout and record any notes. This information is visible to your trainer, so we have insight into how to best tailor the program to your progress and goals.
Habit tracking: Keep track of those harder habits. We will ask which part of your healthy habits are you lacking and we will program daily reminders to keep you accountable (ex. Did you drink 2-3 L of water today? Did you have a good night's rest? Did you workout? Did you follow your meal plan 90% or greater). This is a great tool to assess your progress, we’ll use it to create a visual graph that helps identify where you're struggling and where you're excelling.
Progress photos and measurements: Record your measurements and attach progress photos that can be compared
